MECHANICAL PRESSES

C-FRAME PRESSES (MC-SERIES)
FROM 25 UP TO 350 TON
C-frame presses are small to medium size presses
Their “C” shaped frame allows access to the work area from three sides
These presses are used especially for punching and stamping in single run or automatic cycle of small parts.
Construction variants include:
- Flywheel presses for high production speeds.
- Presses with gear reduction kinematics for full tonnage available even at low speeds.
- Presses with tilting structure
All models have: variable stroke, automatic lubrication, hydraulic overload protection device, Pilz controller to manage safety functions, frontal protection from dangerous zone with photoelectric barrier.
The following equipment is available as options:

– additional table
– hydraulic clamps for mold fixing
– shelves and sliding bars for quick mould change
– Anti vibration devices
DOUBLE SIDED PRESSES (MDS-SERIES)
FROM 160 UP TO 1,000 TON
Double sided presses are medium and large size presses.
Their structure with vertical uprights gives high structural rigidity combined with large work tables and wide passages between the uprights.
These presses are suitable for stamping and blanking operations even with partially unbalanced loads and are particularly suitable for progressive dies and transfer dies.
Depending on the combination of the technical features and the customer’s needs, they can be manufactured according to the following construction variants:
– monolithic or modular structure
– with one, two or four connecting rods
– with simple or double reduction gears
The following kinematic solutions are available according to the customer’s production requirements:
ECCENTRIC WITH VARIABLE STROKE
The following features are available as options:
– automatic adjustment of operating parameters
– hydraulically operated clutch-brake unit
